Hi loyal subscribers!
First of all, I’m doing quite well, thank you! 😊 By now, most of you have probably forgotten that you subscribed to my website, tomandhisheart.com, as I haven’t posted any updates since the original version in December 2023.
The primary intent of my blog/website was to inform people about a couple of key things to investigate to ensure they aren’t sitting on a ticking time bomb of a cardiac event. I feel my current website content has achieved that objective.
I’ve received a lot of positive feedback on my website. A few people have purchased the KardiaMobile device (the device that saved me from a serious cardiac event), and one person even detected AFib with it!
To those who left comments on my website, I apologize for not getting back to you. Please know that your comments are much appreciated. I’m a novice when it comes to replying to comments, creating blog entries, and other aspects of WordPress (the platform I used to create the site), which has been the main obstacle to making updates.
This cold snap has given me the chance to get educated on WordPress. The fact that you’re reading this proves I’ve learned a few things! 😄
Oh, back to me briefly. I regularly walk 18 holes of golf a couple of times a week and have run in two 5K races since the surgery. At this point, it’s my feet that limit me, not my heart. Thanks to everyone who’s asked how I’m doing!
My plan moving forward is to add new sections to the website, and blog entries and emails will primarily refer to these new or updated sections.
It’s impossible for me not to go on and on, so I’ll stop here for now.
Thanks!
Tom
